Product description Original HP Black ink provides impressive color and professional-looking black text. Print professional-quality, plain paper documents using pigment inks designed for the office. In four-color print processing (CMYK), Black is denoted by the letter K. Photo ink adds extra dimension to your photographs. Not all HP printers use Photo ink. Some printers have individual color ink cartridges, cyan, magenta or yellow. Tri-color ink combines Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow inks in one cartridge. When combined with a black ink cartridge in the printing process, you get brilliant true-to-life color in your marketing materials, photographs, and images.

Every HP ink is identified by a number. Here are several places you can find the right ink for your printer:
•  Inside your printer: Each Original HP ink cartridge has its number written clearly on the side.
•  Online: The HP Small & Medium Business ink and toner store makes it easy to identify the proper ink. You can search by printer model or cartridge number.
•  Your printer box: Look on the outside of your printer box for recommended HP ink cartridges. A wallet-sized card with this information is also included with many printers.
•  Your printer manual: Look inside your printer manual for suggested HP ink cartridges.
•  Ink cartridge boxes: You'll find a list of compatible HP printers on each Original HP ink cartridge box.
