What is an Activation Code? |

 The Activation Code allows you to gain access to the HP Total Care Offers page. To sign in, simply locate your 16 digit activation code (located on the back of your HP Total Care Access Card) and enter the number in the SIGN IN box, located at www.hp.com/go/totalcareaccess. |

How long will the offers be available? |

The HP Total Care Access promotion starts November 3, 2008 and will expire April 30, 2009. All of the offers that are available on November 3rd will be available during the entire promotion period. To provide additional value add, HP and its partners may add other offers during the promotion period. |

What do I do if I lose my card? |

If I buy my HP Total Care Access Card on April 30, 2009, how long will I have to redeem the offers on the card? |

Although the promotion expires on April 30, 2009, customers will be able to redeem offers through May 31, 2009, or 31 days after the last day of the promotion. |
